Lithium Ion BMS
The accumulator systems from PMS is modular, so that each battery module can be replaced individually by a simple plug technology. Each battery module has its own BMS with its own self diagnosis and error memory. The PMS accumulators features the following highlights:

1. Supervision of all cells voltages and all cell temperatures.
2. Supervision of the cell current and calculation of SOC, SOH and stored energy.
3. The Module BMS offers diagnosis data for the charger and the electrical load, as for example the actual maximum charging/discharching currents.
4. The powerful self diagnosis detects all potential errors and enters them into the embedded DTC error data bank.
5. The battery controller can be polled for all diagnostic data via CAN and Ethernet.
PMS- BMS for the Battery String
The string BMS offers control over the high voltage battery system Interface to the surrounding via the internal CAN Bus of the  battery modules and collect all data of the gigh voltage battery for the outer world. The string BMS is the interface to the remaining system, as the charging device and the elektric motors of an ecar.

PMS BMS for High Energy Battery Module
This high energy battery system consists of battery modules with 6 x 40 Ah cells, all connected in serial. Up to 20 of these modules can be connected in serial to form a high energy battery with 20 x 24V = 480V.

PMS BMS for High Current Battery Module
The permanent breaking and acceleration of cars sum up in big energy losses, dust from the brakes and from combustion engines harmful combustion gases. All this can be decreased significantly by recuperation storages with SuperCaps. For this PMS offers  a recuperation BMS, which performs all the needed functions for charging and decharching the SuperCap accumulator.

Further properties of the 3  BMS are the build-in Functional Safety and the Lifecycle Monitoring. All BMS are equipped with features so that the batteries can be mass produced and the service at the garage is as easy and safe as possible.
